  • How often should you wear Vertex?
    We advise to start using Vertex 2 - 4 times a day. As with all new thing its best to start slow and gave your body time to adjust
  • How long should you wear Vertex?
    We advise to start with 3 - 5 minutes and over the course of weeks and months build up slowly from there once. your body has adapted.
  • What Vertex level should I use?
    We advise everyone to start with level one and work up from there.
  • Should I use Vertex recovering from a neck injury?
    We advise anyone with a neck injury to consult there Doctor before use.
  • Should my muscles be sore from using Vertex?
    As with any new training tool it will be normal to feel muscles working and perhaps tender as they get used to it. Ease back a bit for a day or two to let your muscles recover as can be common practice for some enthusiasts to over do it at the start. If you feel any sharp pain stop immediately.
  • How do I care for my Vertex?
    Vertex is wipe clean only. Best kept dry.
  • Can children and elderly use Vertex?
    Yes children and elderly can use Vertex and is encouraged just adjust the time and frequency to suit.
  • When can I progress up to the next level?
    You can progress up to the next level once 3 - 6 months of consistent practice and confidence is build up but it will vary from person to person. Remember its not a race.
  • Is there any danger to loading the head?
    Unless there is an underlying health condition everyone can benefit from Vertex. We have only seen benefits from loading the head. Remember everyone has there own starting point and caution should be taken to start slow and gradual.
  • Are sore heads normal from using Vertex?
    Some people find as the start out using Vertex they get a sore head and this is normally due to head realigning and tracking itself of the shoulders thus allowing more blood flow and relieving pinched nerves.
  • Will this straighten my spine?
    We have seen spines improve realignment with consistent use but we will all adjust at different stages depending on our starting point.
  • Can I wear it while driving?
    We advise against using it while driving.
